Announcement for wish list- B.A./B.Sc. Courses 2022

All applicants seeking admission in different B.A. / B.Sc. Hons. and General courses- 2022 are hereby specifically advised not to be entertained by any outsider as the entire online admission process is totally computerised. Personal intervention can’t regulate this process.

স্নাতকস্তরে কলা ও বিজ্ঞান বিষয়ের বিভিন্ন বিভাগে  ভর্তির জন্য সকল আবেদনকারীদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে তারা যেন বাইরের কোনো ব্যক্তির দ্বারা কোনোভাবে প্ররোচিত না হয় কারণ অনলাইন ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণ কম্পিউটারাইজড পদ্ধতিতে নিয়ন্ত্রিত।  কারো ব্যক্তিগত হস্তক্ষেপ এই প্রক্রিয়া নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারে না। ভর্তি প্রক্রিয়ার সময় কলেজে  আবেদনকারীদের শারীরিক উপস্থিতি কোনোভাবেই কাম্য নয়।

To expedite the filling up of residual vacancies in various 1^st Year B.A/B.Sc. Honours and General courses, 2022, it is decided that the next phase of admission will be based on the merit list prepared from the applicants who are still ready to register their interest to join in their respective chosen courses at the present point of time. The applicants who have already applied to this college but whose names have not been enlisted at 1^st / 2^nd / 3^rd admission lists, are eligible for wishing at this phase. This list of willing candidates will henceforth be termed as “WISHLIST”.

This is to notify for all concerned that WISH list will be prepared according to the following procedure.

Ø  The names of category wise wait listed applicants of different BA/ BSc 1^st year courses will be published on our WEBSITE (bgc.ac.in) on 27.08.2022 for registering WISH.

Ø  WEBSITE will remain open for showing interest (by the enlisted eligible APPLICANTS) till from 27.08.2022 (4PM) to 29.08.2022, 11.59 P.M. The eligible candidates may log in to their applicants’ portal and register their wish for the particular course(s).

Ø  WISH MERIT List thus prepared maintaining the merit position/score will be published on 30.08.2022 (4^th Admission List Phase-I / 1^st admission list- Wish Phase)

Ø  1^st Admission List in this WISH phase wi1l be published on 30.08.2022 (After 4.00 P.M.).

Ø  Portal for payment of Admission fees will remain open from 30.08.2022 to 31.08.2022 up to 12 midnight.

Ø  If necessary, 2^nd Admission list in this WISH phase (equivalent to 5^th Admission List Phase-I) will be published on 02.09.2022 and in such case, payment portal will open from 02.09.2022 to 03.09.2022 up to 12 midnight

All applicants in the merit list are asked to follow the admission process carefully in the website day by day during this period.  However, Message for payment of admission fees will be sent to the Registered Mobile no. (RMN) of the applicants. An e-mail alert may also be sent to the email id of the selected candidates in the admission list.

শিক্ষার্থীদের অধ্যয়ন সম্বন্ধীয়নথির যাচাইকরণ প্রক্রিয়াটি পরবর্তীতে একাডেমিক সেশনের প্রথম দিন বা ক্লাস শুরুর পরে সংঘটিত হবে এবং কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষের দ্বারা  এই বিষয়ে কলেজের ওয়েবসাইটে বিজ্ঞপ্তি দেওয়া হবে, যা অবশ্যই তৎকালীন পরিস্থিতি এবং পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের নির্দেশনামার উপর নির্ভর করবে।
